The working principle of the belt filter press is to enter the filter belt of the belt filter press through the hopper through the hopper, and send it into the roller through the filter belt, and squeeze the sludge water to form mud cake through the squeezing of the filter belt and the roller.
The steps of the belt filter press are divided into four stages: pre treatment, gravity dehydration, pre pressure dehydration and roll pressure dehydration.

4.The high pressure dewatering section of the extrusion roller: the layout of the multiple roller axes of the belt press filter is reasonable, and the sludge is repeatedly extruded and cut, so that the moisture content of the sludge gradually decreases, and then the extrusion roller is extruded, and finally, the massive mud cake with very little moisture content is finally formed, which is automatically discharged to the discharge port.
