What Is Electromagnetic Separation?

Introduction:

XMZ/1250-U series fan filter press is a kind of pressure filtering equipment which is applied to the separation of suspended solid and liquid, and belongs to the clearance operation. It is mainly suitable for chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, petroleum refining, environmental wastewater treatment, dyestuff and food processing industries.
The filter plate of this series pressure filter is of box type, with large diameter feed in the middle, and one or two way discharge of filtrate, and one way or two way cross washing can be done to filter cake. Also because this function bears high pressure of filtration and washing, so it has high working efficiency. The frame is a steel structure welding structure, and the beam is used as a whole thick steel plate. The surface of the beam can be treated with protective paint, stainless steel and epoxy resin coated with FRP according to the needs of the users.
Plastic or stainless steel sleeves are used in feed, washing and other pipes. This series of automatic pressure filter adopts microcomputer controlled electric system and hydraulic system to complete a series of actions, such as filtration, washing, pressing, blowing, unloading, stretching, filtering and opening. The lock cylinder, hydraulic pressure pressing lock in the form of filter plate; tension plate unloading by the oil motor and a discharging machine hand form operation board; flushing mechanism and automatic unloading mechanism with the operation of opening and closing action is driven by an oil cylinder and the connecting rod cover is complete, and can be matched with the discharge and rinse spray action. In the PLC program of the control system, there are a variety of working conditions for the user to choose (there is a button on the text display).

Introduction of mechanical structure and working principle
 1. Frame: The frame is the basic unit of the machine, which is used to support the filter mechanism and to connect the other components to form a machine. It is mainly composed of two parallel beams (as the guide rail of the filter plate), the oil cylinder seat, the press plate, the thrust plate, the support and so on.
2. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system mainly consists of the hydraulic station, the main oil cylinder, the cover oil cylinder, the fork oil cylinder, the lifting oil cylinder and the oil motor.

Main function: A. Press and lock the filter plate so that all the filter plates form a sealed chamber (filter chamber), and the filter plate is loosened and the discharge distance is pulled out in the discharge. B. When unloading, the oil motor drives the chain and the gear transmission system to drive the unloading manipulator movement and open the filter plate by block. C. When cleaning, oil motor and pull plate mechanical hand, fork cylinder (clutch cylinder), and the rise of XMZ - /1250-U series washing machine is used for the separation of box filter press a solid liquid suspension, pressure filtration equipment belonging to the clearance operation
