In the design of new strong magnetic PTMS Electromagnetic Separator, we always take the good excitation performance of magnetic separator as the primary goal. Magnetic field strength is one of the key performance indicators of PTMS Electromagnetic Separator. Only a sufficiently strong magnetic field strength can effectively capture iron minerals in weak magnetic iron ore.
After extensive experiments and research, we successfully increased the magnetic field strength of PTMS Electromagnetic Separator to over 1.0T, providing a strong guarantee for efficient mineral processing. To further enhance the performance of the magnetic separator, Hengji Magnetic Electric optimized the armored and water-cooled magnetic system structure. The armored structure acts as the 'armor' of the magnetic separator, protecting key components like coils inside the magnetic system and also serving as a magnetic conductor.
By adopting new materials and optimizing the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator structure design, we reduce the resistance of the structure. The reduction of resistance means that the heat generated during the process of electrification is reduced, thus reducing the energy loss. At the same time, the optimized structure can better restrain the magnetic field and reduce the occurrence of leakage magnetic field.
