In extreme environments such as high temperatures, high pressures, highly corrosive media or strong magnetic fields, traditional iron removal technologies are facing severe challenges. Multi-physics field coupled iron removal will become the technological breakthrough in the next stage. Using a comprehensive extreme condition device, researchers are attempting to explore the influence of the synergistic effect of "PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR+ temperature + pressure" on the migration and agglomeration behavior of iron impurities.
Preliminary experiments show that the diffusion coefficient of iron ions significantly decreases under high pressure, which is conducive to precipitation. Applying a thermal cycle in an alternating magnetic field can promote the directional arrangement of magnetic particles and enhance the capture efficiency of PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR. These environments not only impose strict requirements on the durability of materials, but also exert tremendous pressure on the stability, safety and efficiency of the process flow.
This series of discoveries may give rise to a new generation of "quantum PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR", which can precisely control the distribution of iron elements at the atomic scale and usher in a new era of material purification. In modern industry and cutting-edge scientific research, the presence of iron impurities often becomes a key factor restricting product quality, equipment lifespan and even system stability.
