PTMS magnetic separator comprises a magnet (coil, outer yoke), a sorting box with magnetic medium and support structure, and a material flow distribution system. Coil cooling system includes cooling water distribution pipe, internal cooling and external cooling pipe system and heat exchanger. The rectifier power supply comprises a dry rectifier transformer and a thyristor rectifier cabinet. The air control system includes air control valve, air control cabinet and air compressor.
The PTMS magnetic separator control system includes manual and automatic operation control systems; overvoltage, devoltage and overheat protection devices for cooling systems; peripheral interlock operation and fault alarm and automatic shutdown systems. The high gradient magnetic separation equipment is a collection of large cavity mounted high performance physical magnet technology, new multi-pointed non-embroider magnetic polymer steel wool material technology, solid-liquid gas three-phase flow film separation technology, high power low voltage high current rectification technology, PLC electronic control technology and flow, temperature, pressure and other testing technologies.
PTMS magnetic separator has high magnetic field (up to 2.2T) and high magnetic field gradient. The magnetic field size can be adjusted according to the need. Adopt programmable control, the whole production process automatic control, convenient to change the process flow.
