Thus, the interference of these impurities on the separation of feldspar and quartz can be removed, and the collector can react with potassium feldspar better.
Secondly, three kinds of sodium oleate, activator, inhibitors flotation reagents in pulp liquid synergy, promote each other, the three agents in potassium feldspar and quartz mineral surface physical adsorption and chemical adsorption and surface chemical reaction, make more stable collector adsorbed on surface of potassium sodium feldspar, at the same time enhances the potassium sodium feldspar mineral surface hydrophobicity, When potassium alspar collides with bubbles, it can firmly adhere to the bubbles and float with the bubbles, which is conducive to the separation of PTMS magnetic separator.
Then sodium hexametaphosphate was used as gangue inhibitor in the process of potassium albite concentration of coarse concentrate by PTMS magnetic separator to further improve the grade of potassium albite concentrate.
