Before driving, check the condition of each part of the iron removal according to the requirements of PTMS magnetic separator instructions, and find problems in time, report and deal with them. Carefully check whether the safety protection device is safe and reliable. If the iron chute is blocked, the problem should be solved in time.
The PTMS magnetic separator must be activated before driving the main belt. When stopping, stop the main belt material before stopping. The sucked out iron should be recovered and cleaned in time, and the detonator should be handed over to the workshop. Hiding is strictly prohibited. When the iron removal machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to take away the iron and the machine to move around, stop or clean the iron, in case of iron injury.
