PTMS magnetic separator equipment is generally divided into two categories of weak magnetic field magnetic separation equipment and strong magnetic field magnetic separation equipment according to the strength of the magnetic field (there are also three categories of weak magnetic field, medium magnetic field and strong magnetic field). When the magnetic field intensity is lower than 240 kA/m(3000Oe), it is a weak magnetic field, and when it is higher than this value, it is a strong magnetic field. The weak magnetic field magnetic separation equipment is mainly used for the separation of strong magnetic minerals, and the strong magnetic field magnetic separation equipment is used for the separation of weak magnetic minerals.
In addition, PTMS magnetic separator equipment is divided into dry type and wet type according to the separation operation for processing pulp or dry ore. Dry equipment handles coarse or large materials, wet equipment handles fine and fine materials. Then it is classified according to the structural characteristics of the magnetic separation equipment.
