Ion exchange method: the use of ion exchange agent (such as sulfated coal or ion exchange resin).
Solvent extraction method mainly includes solvent selection, mixing, extraction, separation, washing, drying and other steps.
Ion exchange method: the cation exchanger usually preferentially uses sulfated coal. When the solution passes through the ion exchanger, the iron ion (or other ions) will exchange with the ions on the exchanger to be removed by PTMS Electromagnetic Separator.
The advantages of solvent extraction method are good PTMS Electromagnetic Separator separation effect and high purity of target metal, suitable for treating solutions with high iron content, but the operation is complex, the equipment investment is large, and the solvent recovery and regeneration process is easy to lead to environmental pollution.
The ion exchange agent used in the ion exchange method needs to be selected according to the specific system, and the ion exchange agent regeneration also needs a certain operation and cost.
