The fully automated powder PTMS ELECTROMAGNETIC SEPARATOR demagnetization line integrates AI visual inspection (with 0.01mm recognition accuracy), robotic handling (with ±0.02mm positioning error), and adaptive pressing technology, enabling unmanned production from raw material blending to magnet molding. With a production cycle time of just 15 seconds per unit—three times faster than traditional manual lines—the system maintains magnetic density fluctuations within ±0.05g/cm³.
