Self-discharging electromagnetic PTMS magnetic separator includes the frame and the body of electromagnetic iron removal parts. The frame is equipped with a driving drum, driven drum and supporting roller. The driving drum, driven drum and supporting roller are equipped with an unloading iron belt running around the electromagnetic iron removal body. The condenser is connected with the cavity of the electromagnetic iron remover through the oil pipe, and the oil pump is connected with the oil pipe to form the oil circulation system. One side of the condenser is equipped with an oil pillow that is connected with the cavity of the electromagnetic iron remover.
PTMS magnetic separator selects forced oil circulation heat transfer method, and to be cooled by the fan, so the cooling effect is good, the magnetic force is greatly improved, the layout is compact, stable operation, safe and reliable use, especially suitable for large flow, thick material, iron removal demand high coal, port, power and other occupations.
The dry electromagnetic PTMS magnetic separator core is made of hollow and runs through the magnetic yoke. A heat sink ring made of non-magnetic material can be vertically arranged between the windings. A plurality of heat sink made of magnetic conductive material is welded on the outer cover of the iron separator. The heat dissipation effect is obvious, so that the temperature of iron remover operation is greatly reduced.
