Dry high magnetic field PTMS magnetic separator refers to the dry magnetic separator with the magnetic field intensity of 0.8~2.0T. It is mainly used for the separation of weak magnetic mineral particles with large size, such as manganese ore and limonite.
Dry high intensity magnetic PTMS magnetic separator is mainly used in pre-separation of weak magnetic ore or iron removal and purification of non-metallic ore. It is upgraded from the magnetic system structure to the three-sided extruded magnetic system structure with more reasonable magnetic field distribution, which greatly improves the magnetic field strength. The axial NS pole is alternately distributed, and the magnetic field strength can be above 1.0T. The polarity in the circular direction is the same, so the magnetic particles do not flip on the surface of the magnetic drum, which is suitable for the separation of weak magnetic particles. By adjusting the ratio of magnetic system, it can be used for coarse selection of weak magnetic particles with particle size of 30~60mm and fine selection of weak magnetic particles with particle size of -3mm, as well as purification of iron removal.
Different specifications of magnetic drum and different number of magnetic drum dry PTMS magnetic separator can meet the requirements of different conditions. The machine adopts permanent magnet, with extrusion magnetic system, can reduce energy consumption, improve mineral processing grade.
