Dry powder PTMS magnetic separator(Single to four drums) is a dry powder magnetic separator for continuous automatic iron removal. Internal use of unique magnetic circuit, the use of high-performance permanent magnet plutonium material as a magnetic source, strong magnetic field, attractive, high iron making rate. It is maintenance-free, energy-saving, safe and reliable. Feed rate can be adjusted and controlled to meet different particle requirements.
In dry powder PTMS magnetic separator, the non-magnetic drum of the curved permanent magnet drum is fixed to the shaft instead of rotating around the circumference of the magnetic field. Adsorbed iron impurities are transported to the drum, at the bottom, the ferromagnetic material out of the magnetic field area, lose magnetic attraction, into the scrap iron box, complete the entire iron screening process. After the use of dry series for many years, the grade of tailings is gradually improved without changing the properties of raw ore.
This may be due to a reduction in the properties of the magnetic block and the magnetic field strength. The magnetic field strength of PTMS magnetic separator can be measured and magnetization is required when the magnetic field strength is too low. Products include glass, ceramics, cement, grinding wheel, refractory materials, carbon black, food, feed, chemical, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.
