The field strength required to draw iron from the coal seam is much smaller, so in order to control the temperature rise of the equipment and save energy at the same time, a metal detector can be installed in front of the PTMS Magnetic Separator. When there are iron parts in the conveyor belt, the metal detector sends a signal to the iron removal device, so that the strong magnetic field is generated in the iron removal equipment, and the iron parts are sucked up. Under normal circumstances, the iron removal equipment only needs to generate a magnetic field to ensure that the iron parts do not fall off
In order to ensure the reliability of the metal detector, two detectors can be used in parallel. As long as one detector detects the iron part, the PTMS Magnetic Separator will immediately produce strong Magnetic. One is to choose PTMS Magnetic Separator with good heat dissipation effect; Two is to take the double dust collector arrangement in turn to use, timely cooling, to avoid discontinuous iron removal due to machine heating when unloading coal.
