In the experiment of flotation PTMS Electromagnetic Separator process, it is necessary to test the performance of new agents. It is the same key to analyze the adaptability of new agents to flotation environment, and test the effect of iron removal of new agents under different slurry concentration and pH value environment. It is found that a new agent can achieve the best iron removal effect when the slurry concentration is relatively low and the pH value is in a specific interval.
