Because it is equipped with a pulsating device, the magnetic medium at the lower part of the vertical ring is immersed in the slurry during normal production operation. The eardrum of the pulsating device is driven by the pulsating box to reciprocate, while the slurry in the tailings tank moves up and down.
The pulsating slurry fluid keeps the ore particles loose during the PTMS magnetic separator separation process, which can greatly reduce the mechanical inclusion of non-magnetic ore particles, thus significantly improving the grade of magnetic concentrate. The pulsating slurry is also very beneficial to prevent the blockage of magnetic medium.
