Wet PTMS magnetic separator is widely used in mineral processing, coal washing and chemical industry. It is used for wet separation of strong magnetic minerals with particle size of 6-0 mm. It also divides minerals into magnetic and non-magnetic products. The same cylinder PTMS magnetic separator can be equipped with three kinds of tanks, namely half countercurrent tank, countercurrent tank and downstream tank, to adapt to different separation processes.
The semi-countercurrent tank is suitable for wet rough selection and cleaning of strong magnetic minerals with particle size of 0.5-0mm, especially for the cleaning of large minerals with particle size of 0.15-0mm.
The countercurrent tank is suitable for wet coarse and sweeping separation of strong magnetic minerals with particle size of 0.6 ~ mm. Especially suitable for heavy medium recovery in coal washing plant.
Downstream tank PTMS magnetic separator is suitable for coarse and selective ore size of 6 ~ 0mm. Semi-countercurrent trough and downflow trough can be used in series to improve concentrate grade.
