Centralized control start: After hearing the centralized control start preparation signal, the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator equipment under the control is immediately verified for integrity. If driving is permitted, place the transfer switch in the centralized position. Otherwise, press the No driving button immediately and report to the shift leader.
Drive in place: Check the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator equipment in good condition before driving. Check whether the feeding pipe, distribution bucket, feeding box, receiving box, flushing pipe is smooth, and whether the valve is flexible and easy to use. All parts of the equipment are normal, and there is no debris falling into the slot. Rotate the elastic coupling with the hand to confirm that there is no static and magnetic phenomenon. ② After receiving the start signal, confirm the check and start the equipment.
