During the production process, we optimized the selection and manufacturing techniques of the rubber belt to enhance its wear resistance and physical properties. Additionally, to ensure the rubber belt adheres firmly to the cylindrical surface of the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR, a special vulcanization process was employed, which extended the vulcanization time and increased the bond strength between the rubber belt and the cylindrical surface.
In practical applications, this wear-resistant rubber belt effectively addresses the wear issues of the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR cylinder. It boasts excellent wear resistance, high flexibility, and a tight fit with the cylinder's surface. This rubber belt maintains its performance over extended periods of friction and wear, significantly extending the cylinder's service life.
When the wear-resistant rubber belt wears out, it only needs to be replaced, which is simple and cost-effective. In the production of PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR, iron filings occasionally mix with the material, including items like nails, nuts, steel fibers, and sieves. These iron filings are easily attracted by a strong magnetic field during the sorting process, remaining at the demagnetization point of the material and unable to detach from the cylinder.
