Step 3. Add sodium oleate as collector, dodecylamine as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the pulp after impurity removal in Step 2, and carry out two coarse separation by PTMS magnetic separator. In each coarse separation, the dosage of sodium oleate is 1000g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, and the dosage of dodecylamine is 140g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material. The dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 300g/t potassium-bearing albite material, so as to obtain coarse concentrate and tailings.
Step 4. Add sodium oleate as collector, dodecylamine as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the tailings of step 3PTMS magnetic separator, and sweep twice. For each sweep, the dosage of sodium oleate is 500g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, and the dosage of dodecylamine is 70g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material. The amount of sodium hexametaphosphate is 150g/t potassium-bearing albite material, so as to obtain the scavenging ore and tailings. The selected ore obtained by each sweep will be returned to the previous operation in sequence.
Step 5. Add sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor into the coarse concentrate of Step 3. The dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 30g/t potassium-bearing alspar material.
