Lean magnetite ores can be treated by PTMS magnetic separator
Time: Dec 07,2023

Electromagnetic Separation for Quartz Processing line

All lean magnetite ores are treated by PTMS magnetic separator. The permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator is usually used for two-stage separation. In the first stage, a part of gangue mineral is discarded under rough grinding, and the coarse concentrate obtained is then ground and then selected. The magnetite ore after crushing can also be pre-selected by magnetic pulley to remove massive gangue and surrounding rock mixed in mining.

PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

Weak magnetic hematite ore can be directly separated by PTMS magnetic separator; Or after magnetizing roasting, select with a weak magnetic field magnetic separator. Most manganese minerals and wolframite can be separated by a strong magnetic field magnetic separator. High strength magnetic separator magnetic separation of weak magnetic ore particle size is different, the beneficiation effect is different, generally connected to the case of more need to ore ball milling and then magnetic separation, will be connected to the use of ball milling impurities and iron separation, so the effect of magnetic separation will be better.

what is magnetic separation process?

Our machines are equipped with experimental prototypes and laboratories of various magnetic fields for customers to sample experiments. We can make different PTMS magnetic separator processing process according to different requirements of customers and different mines, and provide experimental results and data to recommend the most suitable equipment for customers.
