Mineral magnetic difference is the basis of PTMS Electromagnetic Separator. Due to the magnetic difference between the minerals, they enter the magnetic field of the magnetic separator magnetic separation equipment by the magnetic force is different, so the motion trajectory is different, and finally divided into magnetic products and non-magnetic products (or strong magnetic products and weak magnetic products), to achieve magnetic separation.
Start the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator and add the electromagnetic current after normal operation. Be careful not to add the electromagnetic current to the rated value at one time, but to the specified current gradually from small to large. It is strictly prohibited to turn the main engine before water supply, strictly prohibited to turn the main engine after excitation, and strictly prohibited to start the main engine with load. The magnet is installed inside and fixed on the yoke plate, the tank body is made of stainless steel, and other parts such as the frame can be welded with ordinary steel.
PTMS Electromagnetic Separator can feed ore after the main engine runs and the magnetic field is normal. Note that there should be no debris such as wood slag in the feed ore, no ore particles larger than the gap between tooth plates, and no strongly magnetic minerals. Generally, strong magnetic minerals should be removed by low intensity magnetic separation before high intensity magnetic separation, and debris and large ore particles should be removed with a sieve to prevent the gap between teeth and plates from clogging. In addition, the quality fraction of the ore should be appropriate, and the amount of ore should be uniform.
