Step 4. Add sodium oleate as collector, dodecylamine as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the tailings of step 3PTMS magnetic separator, and sweep twice. For each sweep, the dosage of sodium oleate is 600g/t potassium feldspar material, and the dosage of dodecylamine is 86g/t potassium feldspar material. The amount of sodium hexametaphosphate is 170g/t potassium-bearing albite material, so as to obtain the scavenging ore and tailings. The selected ore obtained by each sweep will be returned to the previous operation in sequence.
Step 5. Add sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the coarse concentrate of step 3PTMS magnetic separator. The dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 35g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, and carry out a cleaning, so as to obtain the fine middler and potassium feldspar concentrate. The selected middles obtained by cleaning are returned to the upper operation in sequence.
After detection, according to the mass percentage, the k2O content in the final k2O concentrate obtained by PTMS magnetic separator is 13%, and the recovery rate is 80%.
