In dry PTMS Electromagnetic Separator, due to the use of U-effect thrust and the wide range of application, it has a very considerable technical advantage in the selection of iron powder. In the whole process of iron powder selection, we strive to simplify the structure of the magnetic separator, so that it can be installed directly on the head of the belt conveyor. Similarly, it can also be configured as a separate dry magnetic separator.
During magnetic separation, the magnetic material will be absorbed with the belt moving to the top of the drum, and automatically fall off after turning to the bottom, while the non-magnetic material will fall directly along the horizontal parabolic track. The enhanced PTMS Electromagnetic Separator can operate within 350mm feeding size, which is one of the few magnetic separators that can achieve this breadth at present.
