PTMS Electromagnetic Separator is a permanent magnet system. It is mainly used in the dry separation of fine grade highly magnetic ores, as well as in the removal of magnetic impurities from powdery materials and purification of magnetic materials. It has been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, grain and other departments, as well as in the treatment of ash, slag and other materials. Due to the development and application of permanent magnet, the form of wet weak field magnetic separator is becoming more and more consistent.
PTMS Electromagnetic Separator has three types according to tank structure, namely semi-countercurrent type, countercurrent type and co-current type. The most commonly used type is semi-countercurrent type, such as permanent magnet drum magnetic separator with high degree of automation, good selection index, wide range of use, and widely used.
The semi-countercurrent type is suitable for the roughing and selection of 0.5~0mm strong magnetic ore, especially for the selection of 0.15~0mm strong magnetic ore, and the countercurrent type is suitable for the roughing and sweeping of 0.6~0mm strong magnetic ore, as well as the recovery of heavy media in the coal preparation process. Down-flow PTMS Electromagnetic Separator is suitable for coarse and fine separation of 6~0mm strong magnetic ore.
