The paramagnetic material is adsorbed on the surface of the steel wool, while the non-magnetic material flows directly through the PTMS magnetic separator magnetic field, through the non-magnetic valve and pipe, and into the non-magnetic product tank. When the weak magnetic material collected by the steel wool reaches a certain degree (determined by the process requirements), the ore feeding is stopped. Disconnect the excitation power supply, flush the magnetic material, the magnetic material through the magnetic valve and pipeline, into the magnetic product slot.
Then you do a second job, and the cycle starts again. PTMS magnetic separator has high magnetic field (up to 2.2T) and high magnetic field gradient.
