1. Centralized control driving:
Upon hearing the PTMS magnetic separator start ready signal, conduct a integrity confirmation of the controlled equipment immediately. If driving is permitted, place the transfer switch in the centralized position. Otherwise, press the No driving button immediately and report to the shift leader.
2. Drive on site:
① The PTMS magnetic separator equipment should be fully checked before driving in good condition.
A. Check whether the feeding pipe, distribution bucket, feeding box, receiving box, flushing pipe is smooth, and whether the valve is flexible and easy to use.
B, the parts of the equipment are normal, there is no debris falling into the slot.
C. Rotate the elastic coupling with the hand to confirm that there is no freeze and magnetic card phenomenon.
② After receiving the start signal, confirm the check and start the equipment.
Find the reason for the high tailing and eliminate it. There are several possibilities: 1. The dissociation degree of feed ore is not enough; 2: The feed amount is too large, the slurry flow rate is fast; 3: PTMS magnetic separator Low magnetic field strength; 4: magnetic separators Working gap is too large 5, the magnetic declination Angle is too large sweep selection area is too small.
