The working principle of PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR technology is based on the directional migration and aggregation characteristics of ferromagnetic materials under external magnetic fields. When high-temperature water containing Fe²⁺ or Fe₃O₄ particles passes through a region with a high-intensity gradient magnetic field, iron ions or nano-scale iron oxide particles are rapidly polarized and attract each other due to the combined effects of Lorentz force and magnetization force, forming larger magnetic aggregates.
These aggregates then enter the subsequent precision filtration unit (ceramic membrane, metal sintered filter element or ultrafiltration membrane module), which is easily intercepted and removed due to the significant increase in particle size, thus achieving a synergistic purification process of "gain first, separation later".
