If a clicking sound is heard in the PTMS magnetic separator cylinder, the magnetic block in the cylinder may be falling off. The operator needs to stop the car immediately for maintenance to prevent the magnetic block from falling off again. The thin copper sheet can be used to hold the magnetic system during maintenance.

It may be that the mouth of the semi-countercurrent type trough bottom blowing pipe is sometimes blocked by calcium formation, resulting in the deposit of mineral sand at the mouth of the pipe or the blockage of the working gap. Sometimes the blowing pipe tastes blocked, or it may be that there is debris somewhere in the working gap to make the working gap blocked. The operator needs to flush away the deposit with high pressure water in time, or stop to take out the blockage. Water pipe blockage is dredged in time.
