Bulk roasted ore is treated by PTMS magnetic separator equipment. The ore with better roasted quality (i.e., strong magnetic properties) is selected and sent to the next process for treatment. The ore with poorer roasted quality (i.e., weak magnetic properties) is returned to the roaster for further roasting. In order to control the yield and quality of the product during operation, the position of the separation plate installed under the magnetic pulley is mainly adjusted.
Dry PTMS magnetic separator is a magnetic separation machine for dry magnetic minerals. Compared with the wet magnetic separators with permanent magnet drum, liquid is used as diluent to improve the separation efficiency. Dry magnetic separators require the sorted mineral to be dry, particles can move freely between, into an independent free state, otherwise it will affect the magnetic separation effect. Which specific kind of equipment is good, should be determined according to the physical and chemical properties of mine materials.
