The PTMS magnetic separator flotation method of potassium alspar is used for beneficiation of potassium feldspar raw ore with 7.25% K2O content, which also contains quartz, Muscovite, limonite, hematite and other minerals. The specific flotation method of potassium alspar can include the following steps: Step 1 grind the potassium feldspar ore with 7.25% K2O content to 60% with -0.074mm, and make the potassium albite pulp with 38wt % solid phase concentration.
Step 2, to step 1 potassium sodium feldspar pulp to add modified oleic acid and petroleum sodium sulfonate, the addition of modified oleic acid is 300g/t potassium feldspar material, petroleum sodium sulfonate is 400g/t potassium feldspar material, stirring for 6min, impurity removal flotation, in order to remove iron, mud impurities, so as to get the impurity removal pulp. PTMS magnetic separator can improve product whiteness.
Step 3. Add sodium oleate as collector, dodecylamine as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the pulp after impurity removal described in Step 2, and carry out two coarse separation by PTMS magnetic separator. In each coarse separation, the dosage of sodium oleate is 1500g/t potassium-bearing alspar material, and the dosage of dodecylamine is 210g/t potassium-bearing alspar material. The dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 420g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, so as to obtain coarse concentrate and tailings.
