PTMS magnetic separator adopts common cycloidal pinion reducer without complex speed regulation system and complex induction disc discharge device. It saves 5%-25% energy than similar products, optimizes the mechanical structure, and overcomes the disadvantages of disk loosening and string shaft caused by discharge from the top of the disk. During the operation of the equipment, there is no need to consider mechanical failure except periodically adding lubricating oil and replacing the hanging rubber plate.
PTMS magnetic separator The working principle is that the host disk is installed in the chute, the slurry flows from one end of the chute, and through the gap between the disk and the disk, the magnetic minerals in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the disk, and the non-magnetic slurry flows out from the other end of the chute. The host disk rotates, and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the disk surface are carried out of the slurry level.
When entering the unloading area, the unloading device inserted between the gaps of the disk throws the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the magnetic surface into the ore collection tank, which collects the output. Tailings magnetic separator has simple structure, low energy consumption and long service life. Because the PTMS magnetic separator of tailings uses NdFeb as the magnetic source, it overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional recycling machine, such as non-corrosion resistance, non-high temperature resistance, easy oxidation and fast magnetic attenuation.
