PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR Significant energy saving results are attributed to the application of a variety of energy-saving technologies, such as the use of efficient permanent magnet materials, optimized magnetic circuit design, and improved motor control system. Taking permanent magnet materials as an example, new permanent magnet materials have higher magnetic energy product, which can reduce the consumption of excitation current under the same magnetic field strength, thus reducing energy consumption.
Optimizing the magnetic circuit design can make the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR magnetic field distribution more reasonable, improving the utilization of the magnetic field and reducing energy waste. Enhancing the motor control system, such as adopting variable frequency speed control technology, can automatically adjust the motor speed based on the actual load conditions of the magnetic separator, avoiding unnecessary high-speed operation of the motor, further reducing energy consumption. To achieve this goal, future magnetic separators may adopt more energy-efficient designs and technologies.
Looking ahead, it is expected that by 2026, the energy consumption of permanent magnet PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR will be further reduced to 0.44 KWH per ton of material. New energy-saving motors will be used to improve motor efficiency; advanced cooling technology will be used to reduce the energy consumption of the cooling system; and the overall structure of the equipment will be optimized to reduce mechanical losses.
