PTMS Magnetic Separator is composed of two Magnetic plates and a carbon steel or stainless steel box. The two Magnetic plates are respectively configured on both sides of the V-shaped chute to ensure full contact between the surface of the Magnetic plate and the material to enhance the effect of iron removal. When the material enters the hump iron remover and falls on the first magnetic plate, the running direction is changed, and then contact the second magnetic plate to enhance the iron removal effect. Hump iron removal chute inclination relative vertical direction does not exceed 45°.
PTMS Magnetic Separator is used in closed production line to remove iron, iron filings and other ferromagnetic impurities in gravity flow or wind transport materials. It is usually used to remove foreign matter in the transport of grain, grain and granular materials.
The Magnetic plate in PTMS Magnetic Separator is installed on the box in the form of hinges for disassembly and cleaning. The WEDGE-SHAPED SEPARATOR AT THE ENTRANCE CAN PREVENT THE material FROM bridging and even cracking the accumulated material, guiding to the strong magnetic plate on both sides, which helps to fully separate the iron impurities.
