2. It is strictly prohibited to repair and clean the equipment during operation.
3. Often clean up the accumulation in the feed box, concentrate box and tailings box, and do not use a heavy hammer to hit all parts of the equipment to prevent the magnetic group from breaking and the lining from falling off.
4. Check the PTMS magnetic separator drum frequently to prevent other iron or tools from adsorbing on the drum and causing equipment damage.
5. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the surface of the cylinder.
6. No person is allowed to stand (sit) on or place heavy objects on the drum of PTMS magnetic separator. During the maintenance operation, the drum shall not be stressed alone or damaged.
Precautions for starting and stopping: Before starting, check whether the feeder and bottom box of the PTMS magnetic separator are unobtrusive, and there is no blockage or debris. Before starting the water change pump, it is necessary to open the water valve of the first and second sections of the magnetic separators to the mining box, and adjust the concentration according to the requirements of the selection. The bottom tank water and rinse water must be closed before the ring pump stops to prevent pulp from being sucked into the pipeline. Failure shutdown or long shutdown need to release the bottom box ore and wash it with water.
