PTMS Magnetic Separator is equipped with cross or flip magnetic field, continuous automatic debris, adjustable feed control, can be made into single or multi-cylinder type, magnetic field intensity can be adjusted to suit the magnetic separation of materials with different specific magnetic coefficient.
PTMS Magnetic Separator uses a new type of rare earth permanent magnetic material with high magnetic energy product (above 42MGOe). The axial pole-to-repulsion structure has high magnetic field intensity (1.3T-1.8T), high magnetic field gradient (104) and high specific magnetic force. A new type of axial pole repulsion magnetic system structure, magnetic roller surface magnetic induction intensity 1.2T-1.8T, compared with the electromagnetic induction roller separator magnetic field gradient 3-4 times higher, up to 104 times higher than the magnetic force 2-3 times. No air gap, material is not blocked, high sorting efficiency. Magnetic roll protected by conveyor belt, no wear, not easy to demagnetize.
PTMS Magnetic Separator is widely used in resource recycling. It is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size below 3mm in wood industry, mining industry, kiln industry, chemical industry, food and other workshops.
