The non-magnetic material flows directly into the non-magnetic product tank through the PTMS magnetic separator and the magnetic field through the non-magnetic material valve and pipe. When the weak magnetic material collected by the steel wool reaches a certain degree (determined by the process requirements), the ore feeding is stopped. Disconnect the excitation power supply, flush the magnetic material, the magnetic material through the magnetic valve and pipeline, into the magnetic product slot. Then you do a second job, and the cycle starts again.
PTMS magnetic separator consists of magnetic separator (main engine), coil cooling system, rectifier power supply, pneumatic control system and whole machine electrical control system.
