Replace the iron strip of PTMS Magnetic Separator. Loosen the bolt of the shield of the pulley and remove the shield and chain. Loosen the mounting bolt of the master/slave moving roller bearing seat, remove the belt pulley from the frame, and also remove the supporting roller above the frame. Loosen the mounting bolt of the iron body, remove the body from the frame, and then start to install the new belt (the non-magnetic scraper should be installed first, fastened and welded to stop). Please note that the direction of the scraper is the same as that of the iron strip unloading.
Lay two wide planks on the ground and place the strip on them. Roll up one side of the iron strip and insert the body of the iron remover and the master/slave moving drum into the belt (hoisting with a crane). Lift the frame above the iron remover body and fasten the body to the frame with bolts. The master and slave, moving roller and roller are fixed on the frame after alignment.
Please note: the parallelism of the master and slave, the moving drum, and the size of the gap inside the bench are the same. Install the chain, adjust the tightness of the chain and belt, and cover the guard. Check that all bolts are fastened and start the reduction motor. If there is deviation in unloading iron strip, it needs to be adjusted.
