For iron ore, the common magnetic minerals themselves have strong magnetic properties, which can be directly used by weak magnetic separation for PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR selection. In some magnetite ore dressing, the lean ore can be removed by dry magnetic separation process to obtain massive rich ore, and then use magnetic separation to obtain concentrate.
For magnet-hematite mixed ore, weak magnetic and strong magnetic PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR are often used, which uses the different magnetic properties of magnetite and hematite. Hematite is a weak magnetic mineral. In addition to magnetic separation, flotation and reseparation process can be selected, but when the mineral composition is complex, roasting magnetic separation is also feasible.
For limonite with high iron content and good selectability, a single PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR process or single reseparation process can be selected, but for limonite with serious mudification and complex composition, the magnetization-magnetic separation process, flotation-strong magnetic separation process and strong magnetic separation process can be selected.
