In practical applications, this feeding system effectively addresses issues of uniform material feeding and blockage. It can accommodate materials of various particle sizes and moisture levels, ensuring uniform distribution of materials within the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator, thereby enhancing the sorting efficiency and stability of the magnetic separator.
Wear on the cylinder is a common issue in the long-term operation of PTMS Electromagnetic Separator. During magnetic separation, the cylinder's surface must continuously come into contact with and rub against the material, especially when processing harder materials, which can lead to more severe wear. This wear not only disrupts the normal operation of the magnetic separator but also shortens its lifespan and increases maintenance costs for the company.
To solve this problem, we thought of covering the surface of the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator cylinder with a wear-resistant layer. By replacing the wear-resistant layer, we can avoid directly replacing the cylinder and thus reduce maintenance costs. For this purpose, they developed a rubber belt made of wear-resistant rubber and nylon with a thickness of less than 0.7mm.
