In view of the transformation needs of a certain mining industry, this project adopted 20 PTMS Electromagnetic Separator and 8 permanent magnet wet PTMS Electromagnetic Separator. The magnetic separation series for refining and slag reduction is a new type of magnetic separation equipment of ours. It has the advantages of high magnetic field strength, high beneficiation efficiency, high concentrate grade and low tailings grade.
The PTMS Electromagnetic Separator technology, which uses advanced magnetic system design and separation processes, effectively separates iron minerals from gangue minerals in iron ore, enhancing the grade of iron concentrate and reducing the iron content in tailings, thus achieving the goal of improving concentrate quality and reducing tailings. The permanent magnet wet PTMS Electromagnetic Separator is primarily used for pre-screening iron ore. It can remove most waste rock and low-grade ore from iron ore during the early stages of mineral processing, thereby reducing the load on subsequent processing equipment and improving the efficiency of the entire mineral processing process.
Permanent magnet wet PTMS Electromagnetic Separator adopts permanent magnet materials, which has the advantages of low energy consumption and simple maintenance. In terms of process layout, researchers have carried out careful design and planning. According to the performance and characteristics of the equipment, the position and sequence of each equipment are reasonably arranged so that the equipment can realize collaborative operation.
