The efficiency of iron removal process in fluorine-free sintering PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR has been improved by leaps and bounds
Time: Aug 17,2025

magnetic drum separator

The fluorine-free sintering process for PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR iron removal employs ammonium citrate as a sintering additive instead of traditional fluoride (NH4F), effectively reducing fluoride ion concentration in wastewater from 500ppm to 5ppm – meeting drinking water standards. The wastewater recycling system utilizes membrane separation-ion exchange technology, achieving over 95% water reuse and annually cutting wastewater discharge by 1.2 million tons.

PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

In the wave of Industry 4.0 characterized by intelligent and automated production, PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR is transitioning from experience-driven to data-driven operations. Through real-time optimization of process parameters and smart upgrades to equipment, production stability and efficiency have achieved leapfrog improvements. The intelligent control of process parameters relies on the deep application of machine learning algorithms.

what is magnetic separation used for?

The magnetic performance prediction model, built on 100,000 sets of historical production data (covering 28 parameters including composition, temperature, and pressure), employs an LSTM neural network algorithm to predict real-time deviations in magnet performance. The PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR system achieves 92% iron removal efficiency. This closed-loop system integrating prediction, regulation, and feedback has been fully implemented across the mineral processing base, generating annual added benefits exceeding 100 million yuan.
