In recent years, the preparation process of rare earth permanent magnet PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR has been innovated. Since the advent of rare earth permanent magnet in the 1960s, it has undergone iteration and upgrading from SmCo5 (the first generation), Sm2Co17 (the second generation) to NdFeB (the third generation). Its magnetic energy product has increased by nearly 10 times, while the optimization of coercivity (Hcj) has always been the core target of technological innovation.
At present, PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR has formed two technical routes according to the performance requirements of different application scenarios: high temperature weathering system represented by Sm2Co17 and high magnetic energy accumulation system with NdFeB as the core. The two systems show different breakthrough directions in the process optimization path.

In extreme environments such as aerospace engines and deep-sea exploration equipment, Sm2Co17-type permanent magnets processed through PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR technology have long played an irreplaceable role due to their Curie temperature exceeding 350°℃ and excellent corrosion resistance.
