Manganese oxide ore belongs to the secondary ore of weathered forest filter deposit. It is soft in texture and contains more clay minerals. It is easy to slime during mining and transportation, and the mud content is usually 20%-70%. In order to improve the grade of manganese in ore and improve the crushing, screening, beneficiation and transportation conditions, PTMS magnetic separator is carried out.
Coarse particles can be separated by gravity separation such as jig, and fine particles can be separated by PTMS magnetic separator. Dry magnetic separator is mainly used for the separation of large and coarse strong magnetic ore, the separation of fine strong magnetic ore is mainly used permanent magnetic separator.
