When the impurity removal rate is higher, iron removal equipment with different working methods can also be selected for cooperation, such as permanent magnet drum for the head of the belt machine and belt type iron removal for the middle of the belt machine.
When the dust in the field is severe, PTMS magnetic separator with closed structure should be selected. When the power capacity is insufficient, permanent magnet should be used for iron removal. If there is more impurity iron in the matter, the self-dumping iron removal should be selected. When the iron removing equipment is in the head of the belt, due to the inertia force of the material, it is in a lax condition when it is separated from the belt, which is conducive to iron removal. If the drive of the head of the belt is changed to non-magnetic material manufacturing, the iron removal effect will be better.
When the PTMS magnetic separator in the middle of belt conveyor removes iron, the roller under the separator can be changed to the non-magnetic flat roller, so that the removal function can be further improved. When multi-stage iron removal is selected, the iron removal suction of the latter stage should be higher than that of the former stage, otherwise the iron removal effect will be low.
