PTMS magnetic separator consists of magnetic separator (main engine), coil cooling system, rectifier power supply, pneumatic control system and whole machine electrical control system. The main engine includes a magnet (coil, outer yoke), a sorting box equipped with magnetic medium and support structure, and a material flow distribution system. Coil cooling system includes cooling water distribution pipe, internal cooling and external cooling pipe system and heat exchanger.
PTMS magnetic separator includes dry rectifier transformer and thyristor rectifier cabinet. The air control system includes air control valve, air control cabinet and air compressor. The control system includes manual and automatic operation control system, overvoltage, voltage loss and overheating protection devices of cooling system, peripheral equipment interlocking operation and fault alarm and automatic shutdown system.
The high gradient PTMS magnetic separator integrates the technology of large cavity and high performance physical magnet, the technology of new multi-spiky-unstitch-shaped magnetic polymer steel wool, the technology of solid-liquid-gas three-phase flow film separation, the technology of high power and low voltage and high current rectification, the technology of PLC electronic control and the testing technology of flow, temperature and pressure.
