Steel slag sorting equipment introduction: mainly for the steel slag in the iron sorting and purification, steel slag is the industrial steelmaking waste, steel slag sorting equipment can be used to transform waste into treasure, to achieve the reuse of mineral tailings. Steel slag sorting equipment is produced by our iron ore PTMS magnetic separator using a new process. The steel slag is preliminarily broken and roughed, and then polished to a certain particle size by a ball mill.
The facility can process low-grade iron ore tailings and produce 50% iron concentrate, which can be put into feedstock and sent to existing pelletizing plants without requiring any other treatment until then. This equipment can greatly improve the performance of iron ore concentrator. PTMS magnetic separator is designed for the process of crushing -- roughing -- grinding -- separating.
The magnetic separation method is used in the process of iron separation from steel slag. The steel slag and the doped iron in the steel slag are separated, and the iron powder is fully recovered. PTMS magnetic separator adopts NdFeb as magnetic source, and the magnetic field intensity can be up to 15000 Gauss. There are two different beneficiation methods, dry type and wet type. Dry type is mainly used for enrichment and primary selection of beneficiation operations, and wet type is mainly used for mineral selection operations.
