Flotation potassium alspar, PTMS magnetic separator is used for mineral processing of potassium feldspar raw ore with k2O content of 8.17%. The potassium feldspar raw ore also contains quartz, chlorite, Muscovite, limonite, hematite and other minerals. The specific flotation method of potassium alspar can include the following steps: Step 1 grind the potassium feldspar ore with 8.17% K2O content to 60% with -0.074mm, and make the potassium feldspar pulp with 35wt % solid phase concentration.


PTMS magnetic separation

Step 2. Add modified oleic acid and petroleum sodium sulfonate to step 1 potassium-bearing feldspar pulp. The addition amount of modified oleic acid is 350g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, and the addition amount of petroleum sodium sulfonate is 450g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material. The pulp after impurity removal is obtained.

Step 3. Add sodium oleate as collector, dodecylamine as activator and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor to the pulp after impurity removal in Step 2, and conduct two coarse separation by PTMS magnetic separator. In each coarse separation, the dosage of sodium oleate is 1200g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, and the dosage of dodecylamine is 170g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material. The dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate is 340g/t potassium-bearing feldspar material, so as to obtain coarse concentrate and tailings.
