Leakage magnetic flux refers to the leakage of the magnetic field from inside the magnetic separator to the external environment. This not only leads to energy waste but also affects the surrounding equipment and environment. By reducing leakage magnetic flux, the electrical efficiency of the magnetic separator is improved, allowing more electrical energy to be converted into effective magnetic field energy. The water-cooled magnetic system structure is a significant innovation in the new PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR.
During the operation of a PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR, the coils within the magnetic system generate a significant amount of heat. If this heat is not dissipated effectively and promptly, it can lead to an increase in coil temperature and resistance, which in turn affects the performance and lifespan of the magnetic separator. The water-cooled magnetic system design addresses this issue by incorporating cooling water channels inside the magnetic system, allowing circulating water to carry away the heat generated by the coils, thus achieving efficient heat dissipation.
We have accurately designed and optimized the water flow channel and flow rate of PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR water-cooled magnetic system structure to ensure the cooling effect while reducing the energy consumption of the pump. In addition to the optimization of the magnetic system structure, we also designed the magnetic system structure of large gear and large vertical ring magnetic separator with built-in clamping installation structure.
