Wet permanent magnet cylinder type PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR is mainly composed of four parts: cylinder, magnetic system, groove body and transmission part. The cylinder is welded into a 2-3mm stainless steel plate with a cast aluminum end cover connected with stainless steel screws. The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the speed reducer. The magnetic system is an open magnetic system, installed in a cylinder. The magnetic block is installed on the bottom plate of the magnetic yoke with stainless steel bolt, the shaft of the magnetic yoke is extended out of the cylinder, and the shaft end is fixed with a turning arm.
Turning the turning arm can adjust the bias Angle of the magnetic system, and it can be fixed with a pull rod after adjusting properly. The working area of the tank body is made of stainless steel plate, and the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR frame and other parts of the tank body are welded with ordinary steel. Magnetic separation machine is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, magnetite pyrite, roasting ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size below 3mm, and also used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic ore, building materials and other materials.
PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR The magnetic system is made of high-quality ferrite material or composite with rare earth magnetic steel, and the average magnetic induction intensity of the cylinder surface is 100 ~ 600 mT. According to the needs of users, we can provide downstream, semi-upstream current, countercurrent type and other different surface strong magnetic selection.
